REPAIR. REPLACE. REFUND

We operate on a “Repair, Replace, Refund' guarantee.

BAMBUSA will offer a 14 calendar day return policy from the time of your purchase. If this period has elapsed since your purchase, kindly reach out to us via the contact us form in order for us to resolve the issue regarding an exchange or refund, whichever we deem best based on each customer case.

In the event of a refund, the products must be returned as a condition of the refund. Customers will not be allowed to keep or pay for items they have deemed unsatisfactory or unacceptable and have received a refund for or replacement item for. The review and return of products that do not meet customer satisfaction is part of our quality control and continuous improvement.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and initiated to your bank account, within 1-10 business days.

If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card or financial institution. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
